Returns

You may return any unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify:

  • Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • They must not show signs of wear.
  • Include all tags, accessories, and the original box.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@xenithora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Ship the shoes back using the provided shipping label or method.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Exchanges are easy:

  1. Contact us at support@xenithora.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement.
  3. Send back your original shoes, and we’ll ship your replacement promptly.
